You are responsible for shipping costs to and from FashionSpecialty.com. How to change an order… Your order can be change until it has began the shipping process. What kind of Payments we accept…. We accept payment through PayPal; Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You don't need to have a PayPal account to use this secure method. You may also pay using offline methods such as Western Union transfers or Money Orders.
