It may take 1-2 business days to process an order, pending product availability and credit card approval, before it is shipped.

* In the event that a shipping address is not included with an order, the order will be shipped to the billing address.

* In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive a Store Credit for the returned goods.

When we ship your order, we'll send you an email notification that includes the date of shipment and a tracking number with a link to the carrier's tracking page.

You can track your package at USPS. There, you can check your package's location in real time. If for some reason you do not receive the confirmation email or have additional questions, email us. If you receive a confirmation for an order you did not place, please e-mail us immediately at CustomerService@fashionspecialty.com .
