Return Policy

In FashionSpecialty.com our goal is our customer satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within the first 5 days of receiving the merchandise.  All refunds are subject to verification; please email us before sending any merchandise back.  Merchandise must be in new condition and unused, with original tag and box; if not your return will not be accepted. Refunds will be in the form of a Store Credit ONLY, redeemable with your next purchase. The Store credit will be valid only for one (1) year. 

If you wish to make a return, please email us at orders@fashionspecialty.com. Once we receive your email, we'll give you the necessary information for returning your package. We are not responsible for shipping charges when you send your order back to us or of  the original shipping and handling costs. For your protection, we suggest to use a traceable delivery carrier.
